Welcome to Villanova

Affluent and charming neighborhood that’s home to Villanova University
Villanova is a luxurious Philadelphia suburb in Delaware County that’s known as one of the most affluent areas in Pennsylvania. A small residential community along Philadelphia’s Main Line, this series of neighborhoods west of Philadelphia is where the regal Main Line rail once passed through. The Main Line transported wealthy Philadelphians out to their country estates. Today, grand estates with opulent mansions grace the manicured streets of Villanova. Professionals commuting into Philadelphia have quick access (30 minutes) via the SEPTA rail departing from Radnor Station or Villanova Station on Villanova University’s campus.
At the center of town is the prestigious Villanova University, the oldest Catholic university in Pennsylvania that’s known for its excellent academics and sports. The university divides this quaint neighborhood into North and South Villanova. In North Villanova, large estates with luxurious homes have a deep sense of privacy since most are gated and secluded. In South Villanova, you’ll find a more traditional neighborhood with high-end homes on lovely streets. With Philadelphia just 15 miles east, residents have the convenience of city amenities within minutes.
